Had a lovely stay with a clean room and a nice selection of drinks available. Just a heads up that the jacuzzi had some issues, but overall, I enjoyed my time here. I'd definitely go back!

The room, while compact, was comfortable and equipped with a soothing spa tub, providing a welcome retreat after long days.

The location was superb as it was just a short walk from major attractions like the Vatican and the Colosseum. However, the check-in process was a hassle. we struggled to find the entrance and encountered issues with Wi-Fi connectivity throughout our stay. While the room was comfortable, the shower could use some fixing, and we noticed some cleanliness issues that should be addressed. Despite these downsides, being close to so many key spots made our experience worthwhile.

This place is in a wicked spot—you can walk to the Vatican and other sights in no time. The room was comfy, had a nice jacuzzi, and staff were super helpful. Just a heads up, though, the Wi-Fi was a bit flaky, which was kind of a pain. Still, snagging a kettle in the room was a nice touch.

i almost thought about giving this place a good review, but it was a disaster. the shower leaked water everywhere and the bed sheets had stains. I was expecting some kind of compensation for these inconveniences, but nothing happened. what a shame, really! I've stayed at much nicer places without all the drama.

A hidden gem near the Vatican

The location of Relais Colonna is exceptional, just a stone's throw from Vatican City and other major sites. The owner provided excellent local tips, making exploration easy.

However, we encountered issues with the weak Wi-Fi and a malfunctioning safe that wasn't connected to power. It could benefit from a bit of maintenance.

The room was super comfy and clean, with a fan to help since the AC wasn’t great. Loved having Netflix and free wifi, so we could unwind after a long day. The location was perfect for exploring everything, and there’s a bus stop right in front which was a major help. Just a little worn around the bathtub area, but totally fine otherwise. Really happy with our stay!

We loved the unbeatable location, making it easy for our big family to stroll around and visit nearby attractions. Having a kettle and fridge in the room was a nice touch that came in handy during our stay.
